Disputes & Reporting
First: talk to the other person
Most problems are a delay, a misunderstanding, or a postal service. Message your trade partner before doing anything else. Give them a chance to answer.
If cash was involved: open a PayPal dispute
If you paid with PayPal Goods & Services and the cards did not arrive or were not as described, open a dispute with PayPal. That is your purchase protection, and it is the mechanism with actual power to return your money.
We cannot recover funds. We are not a payment processor and we never hold your money.
If you paid Friends & Family, PayPal protection does not apply. This is why the Trading Rules tell you never to do it.
Report the trade to us
Report from the trade page. Tell us what was agreed, what happened, and include photographs, tracking numbers and relevant messages.
What we can do: review the account, restrict or suspend it, record the outcome against a trader's history, and remove listings.
What we cannot do: recover your cards, refund you, compel anyone to ship, or decide who is right about the condition of a card we have never seen.
We may act on reports at our discretion. We are under no obligation to investigate or mediate any dispute — see Terms §9. Acting in one case does not oblige us to act in another.
Reporting a user or a listing
Use the report control on the profile or listing. Report:
- Counterfeit, proxy or misrepresented cards
- A request to pay by Friends & Family
- Threats, harassment or abusive messages
- Attempts to move a trade off-platform to avoid the rules
- Anything on the Prohibited Items list
Do not retaliate
Do not file a false report, leave a knowingly false review, or withhold cards you have agreed to send. Retaliation is treated as a separate violation from whatever prompted it, and it is judged on its own.
